| The home is located on an extra large
plot that is not overlooked and is south-west facing. All linen for beds, and towels are provided.
We provide beach towels so that you can keep some space in your suitcase
for your duty-free shopping, and you can also keep your hairdryers
at home as there are some for you to house at the house. There are
clock-radios and T.V. sets in each bedroom and the 1st Master also
has a DVD. The home is fully air-conditioned and is carpeted throughout
apart from the kitchen and hallway area. Internet access is available. |

The pool area has an extended decking, which means plenty of room for you to relax around the pool and raised spa. There are plenty of chairs and sun-loungers for your use, and if the sun gets too much for you, you can relax by the table under the shade of the lanai. |
| Second lounge and dining
area As you enter the home you will be amazed at the size of the home. On your left you will find the 2nd lounge area which is furnished with a leather suite, coffee tables and Hi Fi to relax and listen to music to, which then leads on to the stunning dining area with its large table with seating area for 8. |

Kitchen The spacious kitchen is equipped with all that you will need from dishwasher to juicer, from microwave to coffee machine. It also has a large American style fridge-freezer with ice-making facilities, and a kitchen table to sit and enjoy your morning coffee. |
| Main lounge The main lounge is furnished with a comfortable leather corner settee so that you can put your feet up and enjoy watching a DVD on the 42” Plasma screen TV. There are DVD’s, CD’s and table games for you to use too. The villa has a downstairs toilet and an utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. |

Games room The Games Room is located downstairs in the garage and has a full size table tennis table, fussball table(football table) dartboard and TV with X Box – ideal for kids of all ages to have some fun. |
| Bedrooms Upstairs are the bedrooms, the 1st Master bedroom with a King size bed and en-suite, the 2nd Master Bedroom, also comes with a King size bed, and en-suite. 3 bedrooms have 2 x twin beds and the last bedroom has a Queen size bed.
